Our Family Day Out package is designed for two parents and up to four kids to enjoy hands-on fun decorating together. The family receives two 6 inch layers of cakes to design and decorate as a team, plus three cupcakes per child to personalize and decorate with their own flair. All decorating supplies and expert guidance are included-just bring your imagination and appetite for fun! Package also includes Unlimited Mocktails and 1 Chip and Dip Platter at no additional cost. For only $125.00 + tax per family, you’ll create edible masterpieces and unforgettable memories. Cancellation Policy
SIP AND FROST CAKE BAR — DIY Cake Decorating Session Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice Requirement: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled DIY cake decorating session to cancel or reschedule. How to Cancel: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email, phone, or through our booking platform. Refunds & Fees: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session, you will receive a refund minus a 30% cancellation fee and the WIS POS processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be charged. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, less applicable fees. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Provider Cancellations: If Sip and Frost Cake Bar must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility issues), you will be offered a full refund (including all fees) or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Group Bookings: Changes to group sizes must also be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for reductions in guest count after this period. “Cancellations or rescheduling requests for DIY cake decorating sessions must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Refunds for timely cancellations will be issued minus a 30% cancellation fee and the WIS POS processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email. If Sip and Frost Cake Bar cancels your session, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.”
