Sip & Frost Cake Bar — Our Company Pledge
At Sip & Frost Cake Bar, every guest and team member is welcomed like family—respected, safe, and seen.
We exist to serve people, not just pastries. We will welcome every guest like family, honor Southern hospitality, and create safe, joyful spaces where memories (and skills) are made. We will keep our kitchen spotless, our service timely, and our word good—because frosting fixes a lot, but integrity fixes everything. We will invest in Stonecrest through free kids’ summer camps and a monthly women’s brunch that encourages, empowers, and inspires. We will expand opportunity by training and employing neurodivergent and disabled adults in partnership with the Tommy Nobis Center. We will steward resources wisely, price fairly, and listen humbly so we can keep getting better. From batter to better moments—every day.
We pledge to:
-
Treat every person with dignity, respect, and warmth.
-
Deliver consistent quality, cleanliness, and on-time events.
-
Provide inclusive, skills-based roles and clear training pathways.
-
Give back locally through youth programs and women’s community gatherings.
-
Communicate clearly, make things right when we miss, and celebrate wins as a team.
-
Practice safety-first, allergy-aware operations and accessible experiences.
-
Support local partners and reduce waste where we can.
