Cancellation Policy
Sip and Frost Cake Bar — Event Space Rental Refund & Cancellation Policy Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit $195.00 is required to secure your event date. Cancellation Notice and Refunds: Cancellations 5-7 days before the event: You will receive a refund of 50% amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is retained to cover administrative and preparation costs. Cancellations less than 24-72 hours before the event: No refunds will be issued. The full rental fee and deposit are non-refundable, as the space and resources have been fully committed. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled event and have not provided notice, all fees paid are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling within 30 days may be treated as a cancellation. Provider Cancellations: If Sip and Frost Cake Bar must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. Refund Processing: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Additional Notes: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email preferred).
