Service Description
Come to Sip & Frost cake bar to decorate a cake or cupcakes (kids) with your friends and family. We provide a delicious complimentary mocktail for you and your guests in this fun, creative atmosphere. We now offer a variety of charcuterie boards for an additional cost. Boards are available in Small(2-4), Medium(6-8 ) Large(10-18) Prices start at $48, $58, $78 Variety Boards we offer are: Fruit and Cheese Boards Cheese, Cracker and Meat Board Vegan Veggie Wellness Boards Combo Board (add $10.00 to any board for Seafood) ***As we are a bakery, we DO NOT allow outside baked goods in our facility.

Cancellation Policy
SIP AND FROST CAKE BAR — DIY Cake Decorating Session Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice Requirement: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled DIY cake decorating session to cancel or reschedule. How to Cancel: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email, phone, or through our booking platform. Refunds & Fees: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session, you will receive a refund minus a 30% cancellation fee and the WIS POS processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be charged. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, less applicable fees. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Provider Cancellations: If Sip and Frost Cake Bar must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility issues), you will be offered a full refund (including all fees) or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Group Bookings: Changes to group sizes must also be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for reductions in guest count after this period. “Cancellations or rescheduling requests for DIY cake decorating sessions must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email. If Sip and Frost Cake Bar cancels your session, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.”
