Cancellation Policy

SIP AND FROST CAKE BAR Corporate DIY Team Building Session – Cancellation & Refund Policy Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your corporate team building session date. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellation & Refund Terms Cancellations with More Than 14 Days’ Notice: If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled session, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit, minus a 30% cancellation fee and the WIS POS processing fee. The deposit is non-refundable due to time and resources spent on planning and reserving your session. Cancellations with 7–13 Days’ Notice: If you cancel 7–13 days before your session, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee paid, minus the WIS POS processing fee. The deposit and 50% of the total fee are non-refundable due to preparation and supply costs incurred. Cancellations with Less Than 7 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be retained to cover costs of materials, staffing, and lost business opportunity. No-Shows: If your group does not attend and no prior cancellation notice is given, the full session fee will be retained and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule a session must be made at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days in advance may be treated as a cancellation. Provider Cancellations In the unlikely event Sip and Frost Cake Bar must cancel your session, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any processing fees, or you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost. Additional Notes All refunds are processed to the original payment method, less applicable fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
