If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality concern, please contact Sip and Frost Cake Bar within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required for review.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at the discretion of Sip and Frost Cake Bar.

Refunds or replacements are not available for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery information, packages left unattended after delivery, weather-related delays, or failure to refrigerate products promptly.

Sip and Frost Cake Bar products are baked fresh and carefully packaged to help preserve quality during delivery.

Shipping fees are not included in the base product price and will be quoted based on location, order size, shipping destination, and packaging requirements.

Delivery dates are estimated and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order.

Because our cake slices are perishable, someone should be available to receive the package upon delivery. Items should be opened and refrigerated promptly after arrival.

Corporate cake slice gift boxes start at $19.95 each, with a minimum order of 10 boxes. Each box includes a light, airy, delicious layered cake slice finished with rich, flavorful chocolate ganache-style icing and presented in an elegant gift box.

To ensure the highest quality and proper preparation time, corporate gift orders require advance notice based on quantity:

25–30 gift boxes require at least 7 days’ advance notice.
45–60 gift boxes require at least 15 days’ advance notice.
Orders of 65 or more gift boxes require 30–45 days’ advance notice.

Make your corporate gift even more memorable with optional personalization and branding. Company logos, short appreciation messages, celebration greetings, and custom gift notes may be added for an additional cost.

Popular personalization options include company logo stickers, elegant message cards, branded ribbon, and short phrases such as “Happy Birthday,” “Great Job,” “Congratulations,” “Thank You,” or “You Are Appreciated.”

Logo and personalization pricing will depend on the order quantity, design details, printing requirements, and production timeline. A one-time setup fee may apply for company logos, custom artwork, or special packaging requests.

For the most cost-friendly option, we recommend a clear company logo sticker paired with a standard ribbon or printed message card. Premium branded ribbon and custom packaging are available for larger orders and quoted separately.

We love making sweet moments happen, but great gifts need time. Rush orders may be considered when availability allows and may include an additional rush fee. To avoid last-minute stress — for you and for our bakery team — we strongly recommend placing corporate gift orders within the required advance notice window.
