No Profanity or Fighting: The use of profanity, physical fighting, bullying, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited. Adherence to Instructions: Children must follow the instructions of all event staff and volunteers. No Leaving the Premises: Children are not permitted to leave the event premises at any time unless a parent/guardian gives verbal permission directly to an instructor. Timely Pick-up: Children must be picked up promptly at the end of the event. Late pick-up may result in exclusion from future events. Authorized Pick-Up: If someone other than the parent/guardian will pick up the child,written permission must be provided in advance, including the name and contact information of the authorized person. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate dismissal from the event. Parents/guardians will be called to pick up their child immediately if these rules are violated. Liability Waiver: I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby acknowledge and agree as follows: I understand that participation in the Kids Summer Enrichment Day involves activities that may carry inherent risks. I release and hold harmless Sip and Frost Cake Bar, event organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child while participating in this event. I certify that my child is physically able to participate in all activities and that I have disclosed any allergies or medical conditions on this form.
