Service Description

Parents have an option to purchase a three layer cake for the birthday child for $55.00. Each invited child (registered on guest list) will get 6 cup cakes to decorate, cost per child guest is $35.00 (we do not allow unregistered child to attend and/or share cupcakes with a sibling or another registered child guest). Parents are allowed to bring in pizza, wings, etc. for all party guests to enjoy. Sip and Frost Cake Bar will provide a complimentary beverage served in basic white or clear cups. Parents are to provide plates, napkins and eating utensils. Important Note: Outside baked goods of any kind (NOT provided by Sip & Frost Cake Bar) are prohibited and are not allowed to be brought in the studio under any circumstances. For custom themed birthday parties, Sip and Frost Cake Bar will provide all decorations for an additional fee of $125.00. Decorations will include a balloon arch, balloons throughout, table clothes, birthday banner and decorated gift table. Party favors and gift bags not included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be placed by the customer 24-48 hours (from the time the session is booked). Cancellation request must be in writing and emailed to (sipandfrostcakebar@gmail.com) Subject Line: DIY Class Cancellation Request before the class session (NO EXCEPTIONS). In the event the cancellation request is not received prior to the class session as stated, a fee of 30% of total amount paid will be withheld from your refund. For all request received within the specified time frame, the standard fees assessed by the Wix POS system to process your refund will be withheld from your refund.
