Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be placed by the customer 24-48 hours (from the time the session is booked). Cancellation request must be in writing and emailed to (sipandfrostcakebar@gmail.com) Subject Line: DIY Class Cancellation Request before the class session (NO EXCEPTIONS). In the event the cancellation request is not received prior to the class session as stated, a fee of 30% of total amount paid will be withheld from your refund. For all request received within the specified time frame, the standard fees assessed by the Wix POS system to process your refund plus 25% of total amount paid will be withheld from your refund.
