Cancellation Policy

SIP AND FROST CAKE BAR — DIY Cake Decorating Session Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice Requirement: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled DIY cake decorating session to cancel or reschedule. How to Cancel: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email, phone, or through our booking platform. Refunds & Fees: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session, you will receive a refund minus a 30% cancellation fee and the WIS POS processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. The full session fee will be charged. All refunds will be processed to your original form of payment, less applicable fees. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Provider Cancellations: If Sip and Frost Cake Bar must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, facility issues), you will be offered a full refund (including all fees) or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Group Bookings: Changes to group sizes must also be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
